DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
I offer free shipping on all orders over AUD120 within Australia via Australia Post. Flat shipping rate of AUD10 for orders under AUD120. I hold a small amount of stock so generally you should receive your order within the time frames below. If by chance your order will take longer I will contact you to let you know.
Delivery times within Australia:

NSW Metro - 2 to 3 working days
NSW Regional - 4 to 6 working days
ACT - 2 to 3 working days
QLD Metro - 2 to 4 working days
QLD Regional - 4 to 6 working days
VIC Metro - 2 to 4 working days
VIC Regional - 4 to 6 working days
SA - 2 to 5 working days
WA - 5 to 10 working days
NT - 5 to 10 working days
TAS - 5 to 7 working days
If you require signature upon delivery and are not there when your parcel arrives you will not always receive a notification from the post office. Please be sure to check your tracking on the fulfilment notice supplied once your order has been sent.
Please note I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender.
I ship worldwide and offer International delivery at a flat rate of AUD25. Please note that while there is some tracking available Australia Post has certain limitations on the amount of information it can provide while your parcel is in transit. I have found them to be very reliable with International Delivery. Please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your international order from time of order.
Once despatched you will receive a fulfilment email notice with tracking number for your reference. If there is no-one to sign for your parcel and you have not marked that you are happy for your parcel to be left unattended it will be taken to a courier depot or Australia Post outlet and you will receive a card with details of your collection point.
If you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel and contact me within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Any time after this will not be considered. Goods cannot be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind - I will only refund or exchange if the product is damaged during transit.
