Shipping and Returns
Please note all artworks are printed to order in Karina Jambrak's studio in Sydney, Australia. We do our best to get artworks to customers asap however if you need your order sent extra quickly please email us at shop@karinajambrak.com.
Please allow 4-7 working days for printing & processing for paper art prints. Allow 2-3 weeks for canvas printing and framing. During a collection launch or sale period orders may take a little longer to process.
Once despatched you will receive a fulfilment email notice with tracking number for your reference.
DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA
I offer free shipping on orders over AUD200* within Australia via Australia Post.
Flat shipping rate of AUD19.95 for orders under AUD200.
*Excludes framed canvas prints.
Framed canvas prints are currently only available to Australian residents.
Shipping for framed prints is a flat rate of AUD100.

If you require signature upon delivery and are not there when your parcel arrives you will not always receive a notification from the post office. Please be sure to check your tracking on the fulfilment notice supplied once your order has been sent.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY
I offer a FREE delivery on orders over AUD200. Orders under AUD200 will be charged a flat rate of AUD55. All international orders are sent via FedEx or DHL.
REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY
I ship worldwide and offer FREE international delivery on orders over AUD500. Orders under AUD500 will be charged a flat rate of AUD100.
International shipping for framed art will be calculated and invoiced after your purchase based on your location.
All international orders are sent via FedEx or DHL and may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
