About

Karina Jambrak is an Australian artist whose path has always been guided by creativity. Based in Sydney, her journey began in childhood — a quiet, enduring love for making that grew with her. At seventeen, she shared her first oil paintings at the iconic Bondi Beach Markets, unknowingly stepping into the life of an artist.
She later studied Textile and Graphic Design at the University of New South Wales, College of Fine Arts, where she refined her visual language. For over a decade, she brought her creative vision to life in the world of fashion, designing for leading Australian retail brands. In 2018, an unexpected redundancy became an unlikely gift — a moment that redirected her path and led her back to the heart of her practice.
In 2019, she released a small collection of artwork online. Put out into the world with quiet hope, her pieces found their way into homes and hearts across the country — and soon, the world. Inspired by the natural world and imbued with a sense of peace and warmth, Karina’s work has since been embraced by collectors, retailers, and global brands.
Today, her art is a reflection of stillness, wonder, and a connection to nature. It tells the story of returning to oneself, and the beauty that unfolds when we follow the quiet pull of what we love.
Karina's unique approach to art and experience in retail has led her to work in her capacity as an artist with iconic Australian and international brands such as Adairs, The Jungalow, Kollab, Greenhouse Interiors, Hallmark, Budgy Smuggler, illustrated a children’s book and has been featured on The Block.
Karina mostly hand draws or paints using copic markers or gouache and acrylic polymer emulsion on paper or canvas, creating limited edition originals. All paper prints are Giclee printed (using archival inks) on 100% textured cotton rag, 310gsm museum grade fine art paper. 340gsm artist canvas, poly-cotton OBA free is used to produce a true fine art canvas reproductions. All artworks are printed in a small printing studio in NSW Australia and are made to order to reduce waste.
