Print and Frame Sizes
A4 size print
Final print size = 21cm x 29.7cm
(2.5mm border included in final print size)
To fit an A4 sized frame or
an A3 frame with A4 insert space

A3 size print
Final print size = 29.7cm x 42cm
(2.5mm border included in final print size)
To fit an A3 sized frame or
an A2 frame with A3 insert space
.
A2 size print
Final print size = 42cm x 59.4cm
(2.5mm border included in final print size) to fit an A2 sized frame or an A1 frame with A2 insert space .
A1 size print
Final print size = 59.4cm x 84.1cm
(2.5mm border included in final print size) to fit an A1 sized frame or an A0 frame with A1 insert space
Poster Size
This size is not standard. Framing at your local framer is recommended.
Recommended stores for framing
You can find timber magnetic hanging poster frames on Ebay or Etsy.
I also recommend using frames from Country Road, Temple and Webster, Kmart and Spotlight.
Artwork Size Guide
Unsure of what size prints you need for your wall?
A handy trick is to grab some A4 pieces of paper and place them on your wall until you reach your desired size.
Please note – if you wish to frame with mat board your frame will have to be the size up from the print you have purchased or if framing at a local frame I usually request a 50mm mat board – you can go smaller with the A4 and A3 prints.
Keep in mind frames are usually about 15-20mm thickness on all sides so take that into consideration when measuring.
I usually leave about 50-100mm space in between framed artworks.
